Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga: Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga in Blacksburg, Virginia offers a comprehensive Medical Massage-based curriculum: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release, Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage as major bodywork modalities, with Reiki, Polarity, Reflexology and Pregnancy Massage in-depth introductions. Yoga and Chi Kung are integrated into classes to promote wellness and safe massage practice, focus, and kinesthetic body awareness.
